Make Your Photo Ready for Upload

Enter the image format, exact width and height, and maximum KB required by your online form. Prepare and validate your file in one place.

Example only: If a form says “JPG, 300 × 300 pixels, max 50 KB,” enter those values below. Always use the requirements shown on your actual application.
These are examples, not official requirements for any government or exam provider.
Leave blank if no maximum was specified.
Cropping may cut off edges. Padding keeps the whole picture. Neither changes the required pixel dimensions.

Privacy: Images are processed in your browser; the original file is not uploaded to our conversion server. Limits: A very detailed image may not fit the requested KB at the specified dimensions. In that case this tool reports the mismatch instead of claiming success. JPEG removes transparency (white background).

How to fix an image upload error

  1. Read the exact file rules shown by your application form.
  2. Upload the photo into the tool above. Choose the required JPG, PNG or WebP format.
  3. Enter the exact pixel width and height, along with the maximum file size in KB (if specified).
  4. Select Crop to fill the frame without stretching or Fit to preserve all of the image with padding.
  5. Click Fix & Check Image. Review the Format, Dimensions and File Size validation results before downloading.

What if my image still exceeds the maximum KB?

Exact pixel dimensions and a very small KB limit can sometimes conflict. Try JPG or WebP if allowed, or reduce visual detail before uploading. If your form requires a particular width and height, do not silently change those dimensions. The validation checklist will show when the KB limit is not met.

Does this guarantee my online application will accept the picture?

No. Different forms can also enforce background color, file metadata, face proportions, filenames and other restrictions. This tool validates only the format, pixel dimensions and maximum file size that you enter. Check the original form instructions as well.
