Passport Photo & Signature Resizer

Prepare a photo or signature for online forms: choose exact pixel dimensions, adjust the crop, and download a JPG, PNG or WebP file.

Presets describe dimensions only. Official passport/visa rules vary by country and application.
Best effort for JPG/WebP; exact pixel dimensions stay fixed. PNG is lossless.
Crop trims the sides or top/bottom. Fit preserves everything but can add borders.

Important: This is a photo sizing and cropping tool, not an official passport photo compliance checker. It does not verify background, head size, eye position or other legal requirements. Signature background removal works best on uniform white paper; check the output carefully. Your selected file is processed locally in the browser.

How to prepare a passport-style photo

  1. Select the Photo tab and upload a clear picture.
  2. Choose the dimensions specified by your application or enter a custom width and height.
  3. Use Crop to avoid stretching; adjust the horizontal or vertical crop position as needed.
  4. Choose JPG or another accepted format, optionally enter the maximum KB, then download.
  5. Always compare the result with your destination's official photo requirements before submitting.

How to prepare a signature for an online application

  1. Choose Signature and upload a clear photo or scan of your signature.
  2. Select a signature preset (300 × 80 or 400 × 120 px) or enter your required dimensions.
  3. Choose Fit whole image to avoid cutting off signature strokes.
  4. For a clean signature on white paper, try PNG with the optional background removal setting.
  5. Check that the complete signature remains legible after resizing.

Is my image uploaded to your server?

No. This tool processes JPG, PNG, and WebP images in your browser without a paid API or conversion server. The website hosting provider may still receive normal requests for site files; see the privacy policy.

Will the file always meet a KB limit?

Not necessarily. The tool attempts to meet a requested maximum for JPG and WebP at the specified dimensions. A very detailed photo may remain larger than requested. PNG generally cannot use the same lossy quality compression; the output reports when the maximum is not met.
